Avoid by all means if you can!
Basically the only thing which was good, was the distance to our working location and the pool areas.
It started with check-in and a discussion in which currency the booking was and which currency the hotel wanted. First room was ground floor, looking into a wall, cockroaches in the minibar, a shower, which only dropped etc. After the first night changed room, which took around a 1 hour discussion with the reception staff. Food is just DISGUSTING! No choice of food, all tastes the same and the smell in the restaurant is just awful. I understand that due to the current tourism situation in Sharm the hotel is on a tight budget but at least a drinkable coffee should be possible out of a clean machine (not even talking about freshly brewed). Staff simply not interested, all AI stuff comes in check plastic cups. Upon checkout the hotel refused to issue a proper invoice on the company address, even though it was booked through a company account. 90 minutes discussion ended in a small hand written receipt with half of the information missing.

Definitely not value for money
The view, the food and the swimming pools
The location, despite the fact that is next to sea, is not a pleasure to swim in the sea because of the large number of the yachts that exist there every day (around 10 yachts on a daily basis). As a result the sea is always dirty and in the afternoons the smell of the fuel is really awful. In addition, the hotel has a really big problem with the ants, especially the rooms that are on the ground floor. The first night our room was full of ants, they dealt with the ants by using spray but then the smell was really annoying and so we asked to change room which they accepted. In the second room which was located in the first floor, the toilet was moving! The glue had faded and so the toilet was moving. The day shift receptionist is quite rude and in the restaurant they always pick up your dishes before you even leave the table. Moreover, they don't offer room service; I was sick and every day I had to walk to the restaurant (twice per day) and when I needed a tea I had to go to the pool bars and in the bars they never had change to give you back! Also, some people from the staff they always tried to get an extra tip and this is annoying. Last but not least, the reception smells awful because even the staff is smoking in there!
