Wonderful week in Sharm El Sheikh

everything, staff where excellent, we enjoyed all the food and drinks, room was cleaned every morning, hot water all the time, pools clean, loved the beach and the view .

only one thing I would improve, I would continue the pathway to the steps down to the beach.

I would go just for the beach.

The beach is excellent. The animation team is good. The staff is nice.

The receptionist Hany Youssef was very unfriendly, unwelcoming and unhelpful. The food is not great, but eatable. The overall cleanliness of the hotel is questionable.

good but not comfort..

Good variety of food and helpful stuff , the beach is good for snorkeling lovers but you need to wear a suitable shoes.

The place is so big however there is only once place to change towels and one place for launch which is far away from the beach , you need to walk around 20 mins on stairs from the beach to the restaurant which is obviously tiring for old people. More people need to work in reception to help guests more efficiently.

Absolutely nothing, worst place ever

The restaurant has a very poor food selection, and some meals are uncooked. As a client, you have to beg for food. You don't have access to any meal, and you'll be forced to wait in a queue and will be given a tiny, unattractive piece of food. Additionally, there are no options for wine, other soft drinks, or coffee. The beach area is dirty. The breakfast only consists of boiled eggs.

Definitely not value for money

The view, the food and the swimming pools

The location, despite the fact that is next to sea, is not a pleasure to swim in the sea because of the large number of the yachts that exist there every day (around 10 yachts on a daily basis). As a result the sea is always dirty and in the afternoons the smell of the fuel is really awful. In addition, the hotel has a really big problem with the ants, especially the rooms that are on the ground floor. The first night our room was full of ants, they dealt with the ants by using spray but then the smell was really annoying and so we asked to change room which they accepted. In the second room which was located in the first floor, the toilet was moving! The glue had faded and so the toilet was moving. The day shift receptionist is quite rude and in the restaurant they always pick up your dishes before you even leave the table. Moreover, they don't offer room service; I was sick and every day I had to walk to the restaurant (twice per day) and when I needed a tea I had to go to the pool bars and in the bars they never had change to give you back! Also, some people from the staff they always tried to get an extra tip and this is annoying. Last but not least, the reception smells awful because even the staff is smoking in there!

Nice location with poor facilites

Location on Sea is amazing African pool with waves(except they only operate waves for 2 hours daily) is very nice Cleaning,towels ,bar and resturant workers are helpful and kind

I didnt see the Animation Team at all No wifi even in lobby ,you must pay for it which i found very weird No room ammenties at all ( shower gel in dispenser!) Receiptionest in the morning shift not helpful -i asked him to call a taxi and he refused because of security reasosn which i found very weird When i insisted he called a one, the taxi driver told us that secuirty guard took from him money to let him in !!! I didnt know that i should give money to the reception to call a taxi ! Only 1 place for dinner with no varrittes For lunch you have to book one day earlier to have lunch in the only resturant by the sea otherwise you will have lunch in main resturant which is very poor Note : all inclusive means drinks all day but they dont have any snack meals in any of their bars at all A/C was not good and also the showers I advice you only book this hotel if the price is very low and you have no other place

Avoid by all means if you can!

Basically the only thing which was good, was the distance to our working location and the pool areas.

It started with check-in and a discussion in which currency the booking was and which currency the hotel wanted. First room was ground floor, looking into a wall, cockroaches in the minibar, a shower, which only dropped etc. After the first night changed room, which took around a 1 hour discussion with the reception staff. Food is just DISGUSTING! No choice of food, all tastes the same and the smell in the restaurant is just awful. I understand that due to the current tourism situation in Sharm the hotel is on a tight budget but at least a drinkable coffee should be possible out of a clean machine (not even talking about freshly brewed). Staff simply not interested, all AI stuff comes in check plastic cups. Upon checkout the hotel refused to issue a proper invoice on the company address, even though it was booked through a company account. 90 minutes discussion ended in a small hand written receipt with half of the information missing.
